Če stopiš v akcijo 45 dan moraš paziti na časovni pas. Minuta čez ... adijo. Najbolj ziher je, da 35 dan od plačila npr. s PayPalom aktiviraš dispute, počakaš en teden , aktiviraš claim in nato npr enkat dnevno čekiraš , če pričakujejo tvoj odgovor. Ne smeš zamudit časovnega roka. Končni arbiter je PayPal. Na tak način ti stoji ob strani PayPal , saj pobira svoje procente. Če se dogovarjaš z DX lahko izvisiš. Meni je PayPal vrnil 3/4 cene kupnine brez problema. Toliko , kot sem predlagal. DX se ni odzval na maile. |

OK, bom reševal po 45dneh. Drugače pa se za izdelek splača prebrati mnenja predhodnih kupcev. |

Najkasneje 44 dan. Predlagam pa 35 dan. Če ga boš aktiviral 44 dan ( dispute) moraš istočasno tudi claim , dead line je 44 dan ali pa 45 dan, če upoštevaš še časovni pas, to pa ni fer, ker prodajalec ni imel možnosti odgovora v cca 10 dneh. Običaji dostavni rok za katerega jamči DX je cca 21 dni. Torej dispute sprožiš po 21 dnevu. Zakaj? 1. If both parties can't agree to a solution, either party can escalate this to a PayPal claim. Nato aktiviraš claim. Claim moraš aktivirati v 44 dneh od nakupa. Zato pa , če si fer in dopustš China postu , da ti ga prtrega v 35 dneh, če ga ne aktiviraš dispute 35 dan, in če ni rešitve , če ni robe , po 7 dneh aktiviraš claim 42 dan. |

To se šteje od dneva naročila-plačila? Ali od dneva, ko so kitajci poslali, če niso imeli trenutno artikla? Ker pri dvbt ključu, ki je bil slučajno iskan, so poslali krepko čez 45 dni. |
